1. Why are industrial chillers so important?
In modern precision manufacturing, temperature control directly determines the quality and production efficiency of products. Industrial chillers have four main functions:

2. What is the working principle of industrial chillers?
The working principle of industrial chillers is based on the "vapor compression refrigeration cycle". This process can be divided into four basic steps, forming a continuous cooling cycle:
2.1 Absorbing heat (evaporator): The liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the circulating water of the equipment in the evaporator, vaporizing into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas, while cooling the circulating water.
2.2 Heating up by compression (compressor): The compressor sucks in the low-pressure refrigerant gas and compresses it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, preparing for the release of heat.
2.3 Releasing heat (condenser): The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser, transferring heat to the outside (air or water), and cooling and condensing into a high-pressure liquid.
2.4 Reducing pressure by throttling (throttle valve): The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the throttle valve, where the pressure drops sharply, turning into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, and entering the evaporator again to start a new round of heat absorption.
This cycle keeps running continuously, and the chilled water continuously removes the heat from the equipment, while the refrigerant transports the heat to other places for dissipation. The entire system is accomplished by the collaboration of four core components: the compressor, the evaporator, the condenser, and the expansion valve.
