② Too high oil temperature will bring a series of adverse consequences:

A. Rising oil temperature will dilute oil, increase leakage, and decrease system efficiency.

b, the oil works at a higher temperature, easy to deteriorate.

C. To avoid too high oil temperature, in addition to taking measures to avoid oil heating in the design (such as hydraulic pump unloading and volumetric speed regulation for high-power systems, etc.), it is also necessary to consider whether the tank has sufficient heat dissipation capacity.

d, if necessary, can add cooling device.

4, always keep the oil clean.

(1) There are impurities in the oil, which will cause the slide valve to jam, block the orifice or gap of the throttle, so that the hydraulic components can not work normally, and the wear of the relative moving parts is aggravated.

In addition to installing the oil filter and various devices to prevent foreign impurities from mixing into the system, the oil filter should be cleaned regularly and the old oil should be replaced.

③ When assembling the hydraulic system, it is necessary to clean the various hydraulic components and pipelines.
