Treatment and temperature control of the inner wall of the oil tank of the hydraulic press

The oil tank of the hydraulic press is mostly welded with steel plates, and the purpose of the treatment of the inner wall of the oil tank is to remove the rust and solder joint residue generated after the processing and welding. For the oil tank required for general use, as long as the inner wall of the oil tank is smooth and flat, there is no rust and solder joint residue. However, when the working medium is oil-in-water emulsion or water-ethylene glycol and other oil media that rust the inner wall of the oil tank, a layer of plastic film or oil-resistant varnish compatible with the oil medium should be coated on the inner wall of the hydraulic press tank. The inner wall of the oil tank should be treated in the following ways before being painted:

1. Use shot peening method to remove welding slag and rust generated by welding spatter on the inner wall of the fuel tank.

2. Sandblasting is to replace iron pellets with sand, but the sand must be completely removed after sandblasting.

3, pickling means that the sandblasting treatment can not completely remove the welding splash slag and rust, so it must be used pickling treatment.

At the same time, in order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic press system, the temperature of the oil in the tank must be controlled within a certain range, and the temperature control of the oil tank is often used with the temperature controller matched with the electric contact thermometer. When the temperature is lower than the required minimum value, the electric contact thermometer is energized through the relay circuit, the heater starts to work, and when the temperature rises to the pre-set value, the heating circuit is cut off and the heater stops working. In the same way, when the temperature is higher than the required pre-set value, the cooler circuit is energized and the cooler begins to work; When the oil temperature in the tank drops to a pre-set value, the cooler circuit is powered off and the cooler stops working. Therefore, the range of oil temperature control can be adjusted by an electric contact thermometer.
